Renew your membership
Thank you for another year with SHC. Renewing takes two minutes: sign in, confirm your organisation details, and pay by card or request an invoice. Your membership, directory listing and portal access continue without interruption.

Need to change your category or contacts?
Update your unit count, add colleagues or change your primary contact in the portal before you renew, or email care@seniorhousing.ca and we will do it for you.
Renewal reminders
We send reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before your membership expires and a grace-period notice 14 days after. Memberships unpaid 30 days after expiry are suspended, and directory listings are hidden until payment is received.
